ADULT & TEEN CLASS
ADULTS PROGRAM
This modern life style creates non-stop obligations with your kids, family, and work. You never have a time for yourself. Many times as people get older most people start thinking, “I am not able to do this because... I am getting old… I used to be athletic… I wish I could do that” etc. Mindsets like these create a negative attitude & even accelerate your aging process. There are no age limits to practice Taekwondo. Through the years our body loses flexibility, becomes clumsier, and we begin to develop a low immune system. Our Taekwondo program will restore your body and mind's energy, create a positive attitude, and you will feel and look rejuvenated and with improved health. After a while, even your family and friends will respect and notice these changes. This program will focus on:
TEEN PROGRAM
We understand the pressure of being a teenager. Our program creates a positive environment where students hang out with friends and meet new people. They will be able to attend Taekwondo exhibitions and demonstrations, and will have the chance to challenge themselves in front of people during presentations. This will give them the opportunity to improve on their self- confidence. Also through our local, national and international tournament program they will learn how to face new challenges, including the true meaning of the winning and losing experience. Through these programs they will be able to use their teenage energy to prepare to become strong adults in the near future. This program will focus on:
ADDITIONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
Olympic Training: Peak your physical ability
The Olympic class is for those students that are green belt or higher who are interested in training for international tournaments like the Olympics or the U.S. Open. The training will challenge the student's individual stamina and speed, as well as testing their sparring ability.
Students who are interested in joining the Olympic class are required to have an eagerness to work hard and an openness to learning. The training will push the student to the peak of their physical ability and is only meant for those who are serious about their growth as a Taekwondo athlete.

There are no age limits, we will help you create a unique workout plan to fit your individual goals, needs, and can accommodate injuries or obstacles that might otherwise prevent you from exercising.
We care about every student’s needs and issues. Our education is based on thousands of years of traditional Taekwondo Eastern philosophy, and we provide a very powerful physical and psychological Taekwondo training.
Through Taekwondo you will gain a strong healthy body and learn stylish kicking and punching from original Korean technique through a fun and exciting program.
